Pankaj Mittal is a Commerce Graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University and All India Rank Holder in CA & CS, A reputed Tax Consultant & Chartered Accountant with a great Academic and Professional Excellence. Having worked as a CFO and other senior positions in Investor Funded Startups, he has built a special expertise in rendering virtual CFO services to the Startups, MSMEs and new Age Companies.
He has worked with Ernst & Young (EY) for ~ 5 years followed by ~4 years in Startup Ecosystem holding senior positions in Finance Function. He has led the entire process of fund raising upto Series B independently and has on ground experience of building finance functions from scratch, implementing systems, and leading teams.
He also has an experience of conducting Due Diligences from Investors’ side for the early-stage startups and also assist Startups in Due Diligence process conducted by their Investors. He also assists for streamlined and smooth Investor Reporting and Investor Relations Management.
He has also a vast experience in tax & regulatory compliances in India, handling assessments/litigations while working with one of the Big4s and handling big MNC clients.
